I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in New York City, with postgraduate clinical training in relational psychoanalysis. I work with adult individuals and couples. I’m particularly attuned to the emotional and relational complexities that can arise during times of transition, conflict, and growth.
My areas of focus include: life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, sexuality, addiction, trauma, loss, aging, neurodiversity, and experiences of bias or discrimination. Anxiety and depression often accompany these concerns—and in many cases, multiple issues may intersect and amplify each other.
In our work together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you—your needs, your values, your goals—and approach those priorities with compassion, insight, and evidence-based support.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the art world in both creative and business roles. That experience continues to shape my interest in the emotional landscape of identity, creativity, and expression. I bring a grounded, collaborative, and thoughtful presence to therapy—one that values complexity, supports reflection, and encourages growth.
I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute, a Master of Social Work from New York University, and completed advanced training in relational psychoanalysis at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
