I am interested in your multiplicity - what hurts, what feels limiting or confusing, as well as the parts of you that long for, or know of, something more.
Each of us carries the capacity for grounded self-knowing, even if it’s clouded by doubt or overwhelm. In our work, we begin by asking: What is possible through restorative connection?
I am curious about your identity and how your story has unfolded - the biological, familial and social context that shaped you. Some of this may feel familiar; other parts may surface through emotions, bodily sensations, or even dreams.
Frustration or despair - but also hope - has likely led you here. My role is to offer a framework for new possibilities and durable growth. I look forward to meeting you.
